Summary

The Senior Network Engineer will provide design and support for Enterprise Network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for the overall support, design, engineering, configuration, installation, maintenance, upgrade, and testing for the companies network infrastructure.
  • Thoroughly document processes and provide training to team members.
  • Tier 3 Support – For companies network infrastructure including but not limited to routing, switching, wireless, VPN, security, and other network systems.

Non-Essential Functions:
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience/ Skills:
  • 3-5 years experience with Cisco routing and switching, Cisco Wireless
  • Expert level experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless equipment.
  • Cisco IP Telephone, QOS, Legacy Telecommunications (FXO, FXS, PRI, T1), Database experience, VM and vCenter, Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience with both Cisco and Meraki wireless Access Points and controllers.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Network carriers regarding support.
  • CCNP, CCNA Voice, CCNA or CCNP Security, or CCIE certifications preferred, but not required.
Travel may be required on occasion for retail support or installations. But this is not the primary focus for this role.
