SQL, Experience with Oracle PL/SQL

Documenting requirements

Oracle SQL tuning

Change management

Understanding of project management methodologies and experience with ‘agile’

Analytical/problem solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Web and client-server application development experience, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support
