Senior .Net Developer

PartProtection is seeking an experienced Senior .Net Developer to lead software development for its industry-leading automotive extended coverage service contract platform. With large clients that include, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, AutoNation and Snap-on Business Solutions, we are seeking a qualified, dependable lead that has a strong reputation for exceeding expectations, delivering projects on-time, and handling themselves professionally in front of executive level stakeholders.

Location: Downtown San Francisco

Local Candidates only. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

– Design, build, and maintain a .Net web app

– Own the code

– Create and runs unit tests

– Evaluate new technologies and stay abreast of best practices

– Consistently share best practices and improve processes across sprint teams

– Participate in code reviews

– Identify technical obstacles early and work closely with team to find creative solutions

– Establish, maintain and own maintenance and downtimes according to a strict SLA

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s Degree, military experience or applicable professional experience

– At least 2 years of .Net development experience

– Experience with RESTful services

– Relationship management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering Field

– 3+ years of development for .Net web apps

– 2 or more shipped products with at least one where you are the primary/lead or sole developer

– A portfolio on GitHub

– Experience creating APIs

– Strong presentation skills

– Linq to SQL

– Lambda

– MSSQL querying, design, maintenance

– SQL Stored Procedures
