Senior Java Developer

We are looking to hire on contract a Software developer for our client – technology startup based in Arizona focused on medical imaging services. The role will be for 6 months with potential to extend.

As a Software developer, you will be part of a product team developing medical imaging solutions. You will be responsible for all stages of product life cycle which includes understanding requirements, architecture and development.

Willing to work in a startup environment, work independently and be willing to explore different solutions rapidly.

Critical skills required

· At least 6 years experience programming JavaScript.

· Current use of Javascript ES7.

· WebGL

· Microsoft Azure .NET framework

· React

· Redux or equivalent state manager

· Expert understanding of the JavaScript event loop and asynchronous concepts.

· Understanding of functional programming concepts.

· GIT source control. Preferably GitLab.

Other Good to Have skills

· Markdown syntax guru.

· Continuous integration.

· Experience with the following technologies:

· Nodejs –

· Webpack

· Express –

· Electron –

· Threejs –

· REST based APIs

· Babel –

· CouchDB –

· Docker – System based experience using Docker.

· Some C++ experience using Nodejs native bindings.

· Vector and matrix math.
