Technology impacts everything that we do at Lablemaster. We’re looking to add a Senior IT Business Analyst to help us clarify, update, and improve the ways that our technology helps us grow our business. The ideal candidate will work with multiple stakeholders, and across multiple teams, to ensure that we’re leveraging our systems in the best ways possible.

The Senior IT Business Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for all areas of ERP and CRM functionality. In addition to this, the person in this role will be a report wizard, creating all sorts of advanced reports using our Business Intelligence Tools.

Acting as a point of contact to end users for system enhancements/upgrades

Experience Requirements

Recent experience with Microsoft Navision (or Nav, we call it)
ERP and CRM experience
Fantastic communication skills, which includes to ability to related to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated business knowledge of Manufacturing, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Accounting process flows
At least 5 years of SQL reporting, including SQL stored procedures and Job Scheduling
Database Management experience
Project management experience
