Position Summary:

Eileen Fisher is seeking a Senior Integration Architect/Developer to join our Information Technology team located in Irvington, NY. This position is responsible for the architecture and implementation, and support of integration solutions between various cloud and on premise application technologies. The Senior Integration Architect/Developer will report to the IT Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, implementing and supporting integration solutions with performance and exception handling. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technical and business users to understand requirements and translate those into technical design documents. You also will be responsible for enforcing best practices and standards and guiding developers for solution delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Business Analysts, and technical users on translating integration requirements into technical design documents
• Use Mulesoft, web services, API to API, EDI, SFTP and a multiple of other types of integrations, protocols etc. programming languages could be, Java, Java scripting, SOA, EDI and other Enterprise Application Integration tools
• Work with both functional and technical project personnel to implement integration solutions between various applications such as: Sterling OMS, MI9, Blue Cherry, Magento, NCR (POS), Jira and custom applications
• Architect solutions and enforce best practice and standards
• Design, develop and implement integration solutions with high performance, exception handling and low maintenance
• Provide production support
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for production and development issues
• Ability to go into applications and understand their data models and structures to design, develop and support the integrations, some of this will require applications assistance but the ideal candidate also has some data integration experience

Required Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field; or a minimum of 6 years of experience

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of EBS integration experience with a minimum of 2 years in middleware technology (Webmethods, Mulesoft, EDI) and 2+ years of experience working with the Multsoft specifically, also strong understanding of queue based applications like MQ, etc
• Strong knowledge of EAI/SOA best practices, development methodologies & standards
• Strong experience in Application Integration Architecture, Solution Design, and Development using SOA/EAI solutions
• Experience with SOAP and REST web services
• Experience working with XML, JSON, EXCEL, CSV, FLAT FILE formats
• Experience working with AS2, HTTP, HTTPs, FTP, SFTP protocols
• Experience working with EDI processes – B2B processes
• Experience working with development of APIs – Consumer and Producer
• Experience working with PUB/SUB model of messaging and queues
• Solid Programming skills using J2EE, JavaScript, JMS, SOAP / REST Web Services, XSLT, CXF, Groovy
• Experience with Mulesoft administration, configuration and tuning. This includes demonstrated experience implementing Mulesoft ESB architecture and troubleshooting Mulesoft ESB, including working with debuggers, flow analyzers and configuration tools
• Hands on experience with integration development – using Salesforce or Oracle
