Job Summary

The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is home to the Human Resources Service Center providing varied system support to our employees and internal stakeholders. Join our team as a Senior HRIS Project Manager and work collaboratively to operationalize HR strategy and support the HR function. Working with all areas of the business, you will drive operational efficiency while ensuring data integrity and exceptional customer service.

This is what you’ll do:

  • Manage projects and initiatives or serve on project teams focusing on system upgrades, conversions, enhancements, etc.; frequently interface with subject matter experts (SME), users, and management to ensure quality, timeliness, and testing of all project work.
  • Provide support for Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) by researching, troubleshooting, and resolving issues, unexpected results, or process flaws; you will also work closely with suppliers and system experts to maintain system functionality and accuracy.
  • Act as a technical and process consultant to the business by introducing new technology or recommending improvements to existing technology.

Education Required

This position requires an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience Required

We are looking for someone:

  • With at least 5 years of technology and business process experience.
  • With demonstrated experience working with HR/Payroll information management systems (SAP, Fieldglass, Successfactors).
  • Who has proven results in leading HR technology project teams in accordance with Project Management methodologies – conducts unit testing, creates test plans, oversees end user testing, etc.
  • Who has consulted with users/SMEs to define, gather, and document functional business requirements including process flows and system process documentation across multiple applications.
  • With experience in documenting system errors, change requests, processes, and expected results and maintaining applicable metrics to develop key performance indicators (KPI).
  • A PMP and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred
