Senior Fraud Analyst Back Office

Job Description:

The fraud Detection Servicing Phone Analyst position is responsible for:
High Volume Incoming calls for multiple skill sets from Customers and Bank of America Banking center Associates. Will be primarily answering questions on activity on high risk accounts and explaining holds on deposits to minimize loss exposure. Working closely with Recovery Services and Risk Account Closures Department. Answering Questions on Deposit Risk account Closure accounts. Take an average of 150 to 200 accounts on daily basis and be able to review accounts to eliminate any loss exposure while the account is in the closure process.


Required skills:

  • Computer skills – Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
  • High Volume customer contact service experience
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to shift priorities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must exhibit strong drive for results and success
  • Fraud Experience

Desired skills:

  • Experience in using Model/ Deposit Experience is a plus.
  • Banking Center Experience
