Who You’ll Work With

You will work in our Tampa Service Center located in St. Petersburg, FL as part of the Pricing & Arrangements team.

This team consists of 5-6 dedicated colleagues supporting the firm globally on two major pricing fronts. First, supporting the regions, cells, client service teams and partners on the topic of non-standard arrangements such as helping teams structure client fee arrangements, training partners on options and strategies, and tracking and monitoring our usage and performance of different types of arrangements.

Secondly, we support our most senior leadership and governance teams on our broader pricing and arrangements agenda, such as exploring a host of strategic questions around our pricing strategies and practices, and ensuring that our policies and practices are keeping pace with one another.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for tracking and reporting out on non-standard arrangements and investments.

This includes working with the regions to install standard reporting and harmonizing accounting differences as well as tracking client negotiated fixed fee arrangements, such as Master Service Arrangements and rate cards. You will also support the new annual price planning process by working with regional finance teams to develop necessary materials (e.g., per diem multipliers) and keep a central repository of the resulting decisions on price, per diem, and team bundles.

You will also be the liaison between relevant finance teams and our client services function, which includes ensuring alignment on reporting definitions, reports and standard analyses. You will also collaborate with other firmwide initiatives, practices, and regional or office teams to facilitate integration to our firm’s client service priorities into the operational work of the cells.

You will be responsible for maintaining our case library of materials and self-help guides (investments, satisfaction and contingent arrangements) and for providing analytical leverage to the team for its ongoing ad-hoc work with our leadership and governance committees.

In addition, you will use internal and external financial reporting and sources to create, manage and distribute regular analyses and reports for various uses. You are also likely to assist in developing strategies to ensure that relevant internal and external client service data is accurately generated, efficiently communicated and securely maintained.
