Senior Financial Analyst-Immunology Brand Marketing

Janssen Biotech, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst position located in Horsham, PA. The position will provide commercial financial leadership for the Immunology brands and franchises.

Key responsibilities include forecasting and tracking sales and expense impacts due to product launches, competitive entrants, brand investments and other market or brand events, while influencing cross-functional partners and investment decisions to drive value and deliver results. Identify and highlight insights that may influence business decisions, while partnering with Commercial Excellence, Brand teams, and Sales Leadership to add value to our organization. Provide appropriate level of information and transparency of data to/from marketing & sales organizations to COEs. Perform quarterly closing and business forecast updates, ensuring compliance requirements are met as it relates to quarterly closes, audits, business processes and conduct. This position will work on complex analytical projects, requiring the development and framing of management presentations and ad hoc reporting of financial information to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• A CPA, CMA or other financial certifications are preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Must possess the ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization.
• Must have strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills is required.
• This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills.
• The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
• This position located in Horsham, PA.
• There will be up to 10% of domestic travel for this role.
