As Adobe continues to grow, along with this success, comes the challenge to manage this double digit growth at scale. The Corporate Reinvestment team’s focus is to support the company in achieving scale by increasing efficiency and effectiveness of Adobe’s operational expense. As a member of the Corporate Reinvestment team, you will collaborate with Adobe’s executives and business unit leaders on key areas of opportunities. You will drive the analysis to develop themes on expense trends, factors impacting scale and process improvements. This position provides unparalleled exposure to Adobe’s operating model.
Responsibilities
Partner with Finance and functional leaders to define areas for analysis
Research target areas, identify key trends and translate data into actionable insights
Evaluate current operational processes and its ability to scale
Propose recommendations and partner with stakeholders to drive recommendations to completion
Qualifications/Experience:
Top-tier undergraduate degree required
Experience with a best in class FP&A organization
Experience in a technology environment; prior understanding of digital marketing or digital advertising highly desired
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
Driven, self-starter with a passion for excellence
