Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:
Act as a contributor

and a proactive advisor to BU/FG leadership, highlighting risk and

opportunities related to expense management leading to optimal investment

decisions and outcomes, and provide support for expense modeling and what-if

scenarios analytics

Synthesize

multi-variable drivers into a simplified message highlighting key drivers for

VP level communications to BU/FG leadership

Participate in team

sessions to identify and create process improvements to drive efficiency and

accuracy in the month end close, plan, and forecast process supporting expense

management

Help drive

standardization and automation for reporting, variance commentary, and common

analytics across the team and within BU/FG’s

Enable team success

through sharing of best practices and training of newer members

Qualifications

Candidates should

have three or more years of relevant professional experience

BS degree in Finance,

Business, or related major

Demonstrated track

record of process improvement, simplification, and the ability to change the

status quo while maintaining trust of business partners

Ability to influence

all levels of leadership to drive actions, behaviors, decisions and business

outcomes

Exceptional track

record of self-motivation, prioritization, initiative, and integrity

Driven by

intellectual curiosity with a continuous desire to learn and grow

Strong written and

oral communication skills with experience in presenting to business partners

with confidence, conviction, and credibility. Ability to build strong

relationships with partners in different locations

Strong experience with

Excel and PowerPoint applications; experience with Hyperion EssBase
