Senior ERP Software Implementation Consultant

The Michell Team is looking to hire a Senior ERP Software Implementation Consultant. The applicant will be responsible for working with MCG sales, development, engineering teams and the prospective clients to define requirements associated with implementing ERP systems for small to mid-sized (SME) businesses.

Key Position Requirements:

• Motivated, self-started who is efficient with time-management
• Expert user of SAP Business One, Infor10 Distribution FACTS, Infor10 Distribution SX.e or similar products
• Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision
• Uncompromising integrity with a Positive attitude – aggressive, works hard, and has a “GET THE JOB DONE” mentality
• Assist Project Manager with project plan and write statements of work defining project phases and milestones
• Ability to identify out of scope requirements and write change orders with technical documentation
• Develop functional specifications
• Able to take high-level business requirements to meet the Key Deliverables and Major Milestones
• Able to prioritize conflicting requirements and follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
• Able to communicate internally and externally in a manner that is clear and concise when identifying needs and presenting alternative business solutions
• Provides non-technical support during and after implementation is “Live”
• Great people skills: Very personable, Team leader

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ of ERP Business Consulting and implementation experience
• BA/BS in business, accounting or related field
• Ability to perform financial analysis and research accounting-related topics desired
• Wholesale, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Warehouse proven knowledge
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Proactive in making project adjustments and change orders promptly and efficiently
• Flexible during times of change, persuasive, tenacious and full of motivation
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, as the role will involve ongoing client interaction including face-to-face consultation and end-user training

Additional Responsibilities:

• Improve customer perception and satisfaction
• Escalate project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels and accepted timeline
• Communicate to clients: keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, etc.
• Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
• Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
• A definite plus would be implementation experience in SME space with other competing products such as Microsoft Great Plains, SAP Business ByDesign, Microsoft Dynamic NAV, NetSuite, Sage MAS 90/200/500, or Epicor.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time position with competitive starting pay and includes bonuses. Full benefit package includes; free health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, 3 weeks of PTO plus holidays, and many other benefits.
