Job Description:
Join our creative team as a Senior Designer. Take the lead on projects. Be a self-starter. Play well with others. Design strategically. Think creatively. And make yourself indispensable.

Responsibilities:

• Integrated brand development. Help define our brand culture and communicate our purpose.
• Maintain brand unity across all platforms and mediums internally and externally.
• Work with other designers and writers to manage creative projects from start to finish.
• Create design, advertising, and promotional materials including digital and print ads, web content, collateral, sales aids, and nurture marketing content including infographics and slideshares.
• Keep our website and social platforms fresh, updating images and designs.
• Assist product development teams to create designs for new apps, technologies, websites, and products as needed.
• Extend core campaigns into exhibit designs and signage.
• Company-wide templates and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a design role.
• BFA in design.
• World-class portfolio of work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Front-end web design and/or motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Curiosity. Enthusiasm. Positive energy.
