About the Team

Zillow Group! Zillow Group houses a portfolio of the largest and most vibrant real estate and home-related brands. The Sales Strategy and Operations team consists of a group of analysts and verification specialists that work toward the common objective of helping our internal and external clients surpass their goals. Our internal clients are our Sales and Service partners who directly focus on Agent satisfaction and growth. Our external clients are made of various professionals in the real-estate industry. We have the common goal of connecting them with quality homebuyers, sellers and renters.

• Track compliance against current processes
• Utilize data to identify needs in the business
• Fully implement projects from start to finish
• Strong communication with business partners

Who you are

• Strategic thinker who can move fast and think big
• Fully capable of prioritizing and organizing workload between projects
• High degree of ownership and get-it-done grit
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach
• Strong proficiency with Excel
• 2+ years SQL required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years in a Business Analyst or similar role required
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus
