Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Returns and ReCommerce team. Our team owns the customer returns experience and what happens with the items that are returned, think of all that data!

Here is a brief look at what you would be doing:

• Be creative with automation and find innovative ways to do your job
• Be curious about what drives our customers to return items
• Collaborate with global leaders on how to improve Amazon Fulfillment Center Network’s product recovery, safety, quality, and efficiency
• Thoughtfully analyze data and help other make sense of your findings using Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years in a business analysis type role
• Advanced SQL and Excel experience
• 3+ years project management experience

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Tableau or Oracle experience
