Senior AWS Architect

Position: Senior AWS Architect

Role: Permanent or contract full-time position, onsite in San Francisco, CA.

We are looking for a senior level AWS architect (5+ years) with experience in the key technologies and tools:

Cloud (like AWS, Azure, GoogleCloud, Openstack)

AWS is must

Setup of dev work station

Vagrant, VirtualBox

Setup nodes in AWS

IAM best practices and Certificate based access controls, concept of jump hosts etc.

Separation of Dev/QA and Production environment

Production Environment

Set up of load balancers, software firewalls, DNS, Routers, Log extractions

Source Control (like Git, Bitbucket, SVN, VSTS etc)

Git is must

Continuous Integration or CI (like Jenkins, Bamboo, VSTS )

Either Jenkins or Bamboo will work

Infrastructure Automation (like Puppet, Chef, Ansible)

Either of Puppet or Chef

(Hands on Desirable) Deployment Automation & Orchestration (like Jenkins, VSTS, Octopus Deploy)

Jenkins

(Hands on Desirable) Hypervisor and Container Concepts (Lightweight self sufficient executable apps)

LXD or Docker

(Hands on Desirable) Orchestration: Orchestration of containers

Kubernetes, Mesos, Swarm

• How many nodes in your AWS environment and how many managed: 5 years
• recover data from permanently deleted node: 5 years
