The Senior Accountant will supervise a staff of two to manage IOLTA collection, reporting, and attorney and bank compliance. In addition, the Senior Accountant will manage relationships with financial institutions, analyze bank practices to identify opportunities to increase IOLTA revenue, including development of bank leadership programs in collaboration with law firms, legal aid leadership and the bank community.
