Senior Accountant

We have an opportunity for an experienced financial professional with 3-4 years accounting experience to join our dynamic team as a Senior Accountant, working from either our Montpelier, VT office or our Troy, NY location. Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for multiple companies as well as being an integral member of the team in coordinating annual audits and reporting to key internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a BS in Accounting, expert Excel skills, excellent critical thinking skills, be self-directed, attention to detail and accuracy, thorough knowledge of accounting principles, familiarity with financial statements and general ledger functions, able to identify errors and willing to take initiative.
