Seeburger EDI Analyst

REMEDI Electronic Commerce Group has partnered with a Philadelphia area client to assist them with their need for an EDI Analyst.

Critical to the success of growing the EDI trading partner community for this client and supporting their system migration efforts, you will help drive business forward by on-boarding new trading partners, gathering requirements, developing specifications, and creating new EDI maps. You will be also responsible for testing and promoting new maps and modifications to the production system as well as day to day production support for the current EDI environment.

Additionally you will leverage your knowledge of SQL and other technical experience to provide support to the EDI efforts of the company as well as other I.T. initiatives.

To be successful in this role you must have experience with the following technology and EDI concepts:

Experience using a modern high volume EDI translator, preferably Seeburger, or a translation platform of similar complexity.

Strong grasp of EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, XML, etc..

Experience with ODBC Mapping

Experience with a variety of mapping formats such as Flat File, Delimited, CSV, XML etc.

Communication Protocol experience including FTP, AS2, and VAN

Ability to create moderately complex queries using SQL or TSQL, along with the ability to navigate within MSSQL Server or Oracle databases autonomously.

Experience effectively planning and executing the setup and on-boarding process for multiple unique Trading Partners in a fast and organized fashion.

Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
