JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelors Degree, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Security or related field required. CISSP or related certification within one year of hire.

Experience: 10 years Network Administration experience including server build, back up and disaster recovery; 10 years LAN/WAN/SAN design, implementation and support; 5+ years implementing IT security policy and general security administration;

Other Skills: Project management; Windows workstation/ server administration

JOB DESCRIPTION:

I. PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Security Analyst is responsible for development, implementation, ongoing support and assessment of IT security policy; IT risk assessment and remediation across the enterprise.

II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manages Doylestown Health’s Data Loss Prevention Program

Responsible for assisting the Sr. Security Analyst

Other duties as assigned

III. JOB CRITERIA AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

Manages Doylestown Health’s Data Loss Prevention Program

Govern ePHI storage and movement

Implement and define policies and procedures that govern the receipt and removal of hardware and electronic media that contain electronic protected health information in and out of the facility, and the movement of these items within the facility

Define policies and procedures to be implemented that govern the receipt and removal of hardware and electronic media that contain EPHI, into and out of a facility, and the movement of these items within the facility

Document all types of hardware and electronic medica that must be tracked and identified, such as, hard drives, magnetic tapes or disks, optical disks, or digital memory cards

Implement process for maintaining a record of the movements of, and person(s) responsible for, hardware and electronic media containing EPHI.

Ensure process implemented for creating a retrievable, exact copy of EPHI, when needed, before movement of equipment

2. Assisting with the responsibilities of the Sr. Security Administrator

Assists with the security of networks, servers, workstations and applications

Assists with Information Security Tools

Assists with tasks to develop, deploy, support and assess enterprise wide security objections

Collaboratively determines objections, implements solutions, and recommends risk mitigation strategies

Provide first and second level support to the MIS Service Desk

3. Other Duties as Assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
