We need candidates with USC or GC, and scrum master should have certification and experience in running BigData Scrum Team.

Description:

• Hold responsibility for the process and health of the scrum team (about 6-8 members per work stream)
• Facilitate the agile process and coach scrum team to meet objectives
• Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions while removing any barriers
• Ensure scrum team follows all normal scrum cadences
• Ensure teams are audit compliant
• Run BigData Scrum Team
• Ensure liaison between delivery and product teams

Technical Experience:

• Knowledge of BigData Solutions (Hadoop, MAPR-DB, JSON, SPARK, HIVE, HDFS)
• Experience running Agile Delivery Teams
• PMP or ACP Cert preferred
• Scrum Cert preferred
• SA Cert preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Project
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Rally
• Presentation Skills
