SAP Implementation Manager

Reporting to both – the Global IT manager and the Regional Manager of R&M, the SAP Implementation Manager will lead the local ERP implementation and have continued oversight serving as the technical/process liaison between the multiple departments involved. Responsibilities includes to support the finance, sales, procurement and production departments with the implementation of the designed processes and system configuration. He assures that end user requirements across the ERP modules are taken care on with regards to the given global SAP Rollout template. This includes to plan and coordinate local resources and responsibilities and to act as an interface to the global SAP project team in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:
Candidate will lead the implementation project of SAP in the local subsidiary in the US for both the business and production department. The candidate coordinates the project with his counterparts from beginning to end (design, implementation, testing, and deployment).

Assure data against established rule sets in master data management to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.

Create and Maintain a project schedule including all local activities, aligned with the global project leader.

Identify, analyze, prioritize and communicate project risks to team members throughout the entire project.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent; Master’s Degree preferred.

Experience in SAP implementation.

Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, strategies, and processes.

Strong understanding of the master data that supports and drives system functionality.

Minimum of 3+ years of training or work as a project manager.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and effectively communicate all the details of the project to the team to deliver best results.

Persistent attention to detail and display excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to establish relationships and build trust throughout the organization.

Ability to maintain/manage confidential information.

Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with various departments. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations & act courteous/respectful of others.

Proven leadership and management experience.

Quality driven individual.

Travel to Switzerland required.
