– Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks

– Identifies key drivers of a defined, straightforward problem and proposing solutions

– Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and decision making

– Selects the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements

– Understands the benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their application on a particular engagement; contributes to continuous development of methods and tools

– Manages work to work plans for components on engagements

– May independently own a work stream, reviewing, and potentially directing the work of more junior staff

– Develops solutions to client problems through application of methods and tools; validates solutions to subject matter experts

Technical Skills (Knowledge/Experience):

– Analysis, design and implementation of business requirements utilizing Hybris technologies and spring methodology in Java EE

– Work with Incident management teams to resolve production incidents/issues

– Hybris hAC, hMC, eCommerce accelerators utilization

– Type design and data model implementation

– Experience developing high volume/transaction J2EE applications: OO/AD, Java, Servlets, JSP Spring, SoapUI, Junit/Testing

– Document design and write documented code

– Participate in peer code and design reviews

– Experience with Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks (Spring MVC)

– Java Enterprise (JSP, Tomcat, JPA/Hibernate), Spring Framework (Core and MVC) and Web Services (including SOA)

– Good working knowledge of relational databases

– Good knowledge in data processing (SQL, XML)

Required Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.

– Total 8+ years of IT experience

– At least 2-3 years’ experience in SAP Hybris Development experience

– English: Fluent

Preferred Skills:

– Experience working with onshore delivery model

– Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment

– Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary

– Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player

– Strong communication skills, both written and oral
