SAP HCM Solution Architect

JD:

Need a good IT generalist that can move across “core” HR technologies like Workday, SuccessFactors and Kronos. Must be hands on.

Arch is what we have termed, but could be Tech Lead, Senior Dev, etc…

Sr. Solution Architect for People Care

Evaluate feature sets of applications/ packaged software. Determine areas to consolidate.

Review vendor proposals for technical merits.

Identify opportunities to remove technical debt and follow new patterns particularly with Integrations.

Review process flows – align process to workflow and data flow; other technology enablement opportunities to streamline processes.

HR packaged applications background (Workday, SuccessFactors, Kronos, etc.)

Retail experience preferred

Contract length: 12 months

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
