SAP CRM Technical Analyst (Consultant)

TGV AMERICAS is looking for a SAP CRM Technical Analyst (Consultant)

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the project technical lead, the SAP CRM Technical Analyst will provide expertise in the technical analysis, design, development testing and delivery of FRICEW related objects for projects to be implemented by Umoja during 2017/2018, notably the SAP Grantor Management based solution throughout the UN Secretariat.

The consultant will be expected to deliver technical documents and obtain sign off from customer(s) where relevant.

Specifically, the SAP CRM Technical Analyst will assume the following functions:

• Supporting Implementing Partner project which will implement the SAP CRM and ECC aspects of the projects to be implemented [such as Grantor Management];
• Read, comprehend and maintain understanding of functional documents;
• Work collaboratively with customers and Umoja team members, both functional and technical, when necessary to gather technical requirements and produce technical specification documents
• Develop and test requirements per specified standards
• Deliver according to required deadlines, and communicate status updates to project technical lead against project milestones
• Escalation of project delays or any issues as necessary to project technical lead;
• Manage first line technical related service requests to meet business and/or customer SLAs;
• Record, document and follow up on project tracking incidents or production change related work orders.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and other technicians;
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Education:

Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.

Relevant SAP Certifications, including SAP CRM, are required.

Work Experience:

A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in implementing SAP CRM systems.

Specifically, the consultant’s experience should include:

• Over five years of experience developing in SAP CRM (version 7 ehp 1.0 or higher), ECC, BW, and/or CRM Web-UI development;
• Hands on development of CRM WEB UI SAP CRM Data Model and Floorplan Manager (FPM).
• UI Framework Enhancements, Application Enhancement Tool (AET), BSP WD Component; Workbench Object Oriented Programming and Development knowledge, BSP/Adobe forms
• Middleware enhancements and BDocs;
• SAP-CRMs business functions and BRF Plus;
• IDocs, BAPIs, BADI, LSMW, Workflows, Interfaces, and Web Dynpro;
• Front End Development with SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery
• Developing OData services using ABAP
• Design and Develop Fiori Applications

Additional desirable experience:

• Grantor Management (Program Management, Application and Agreement Management, Change Request and Claims Management);
• Integration SAP CRM with SAP ECC APAR and ECC Funds Management;
• Grantee Management;
• Must be familiar with SAP Fiori framework;
• SAP CRM, ECC, BW, and/or CRM Web-UI development (Required 5 Years) ;
• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) (Required 5 Years) ;
• SAP Enterprise Services Architecture (Required 5 Years) ;
• SAP Business Process Platform (Required 3 Years) ;
• SAP Business Partner (Required 3 Years) ;
• Financials (GL and AR/AP) (Required 5 Years) ;
• Web Services standards (SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, REST, WS-l, WSIL, XSD etc.) (Required 3 Years)
• Portal content design (Roles, iViews etc) (Required 3 Years) ;
• BRFPlus (Required 2 years);
• CRM Workflow (Required 3 years);

Languages:

English and French are the working languages of the UN Secretariat. For these positions, fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of another UN official language is an advantage.

Travel Details: No travel by the Organization.

Expected Duration: Initially 1 year.
