SAP Analyst – Senior

The SAP Analyst – Senior is a business professional, competent to work within a framework of complex projects serving a varied business unit customer base, each performing a diverse range of business functions.

SAP Analyst – Senior works under supervision in the analysis and documentation of business processes. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and relevance of reference training documentation and the provision of end-user training. You will also maintain higher level process mapping diagrams/enhancement plans allow the preparation of detailed role based training specifications. The SAP Analyst – Senior is often involved in system security development and application. You will also handle management of any functional and user acceptance testing of systematic or process enhancements, including system access authorizations, is a key required skill.

Considerable background knowledge of all aspects of the supply chain processes and their application in SAP including its security functions are essential. You should possess a firm technical background as well as an understanding of business processes and principals. Candidate must occasionally represent the team within enterprise-wide efforts while serving as a mentor and coach to other positions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 + years of Supply Chain experience
  • 1+ years of SAP experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 + years of Supply Chain experience
  • Experience with software training, testing, system design, configuration and implementation as well as data analysis and reporting in a multiple system environment
  • Experience with End User Support, Security and/or Training experience Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes, related to procurement, product movement and flow from the goods receiving process all the way through to the dispensing process.
  • Understanding of SAP architecture and utilization of SAP from the key user perspective.
  • Advanced level of expertise in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Access, Word, Power Point as well as Visio.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Education

Verifiable bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of work experience
