Full Job Description

Bio-Rad is looking for a Sales Support Asst II. Process EDI, web, and Esker orders, Maintain Esker documents waiting to be processed.


Responsibilities

  • Process EDI and Esker orders promptly and thoroughly.
  • Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone and/or email.
  • Work with Customer Service Supervisors to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Work with other departments within the company as necessary.
  • Execute and analyze reports.
  • Maintain financial records by processing customer adjustments.
  • Continue to maintain strong product knowledge.

    • Qualifications

  • High School Graduate – some college preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years Customer Service experience in a call center environment.
  • SAP or any ERP system and Sales Force.com expierence would be perferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to work collaboratively across departments at various levels.
  • Positive attitude
  • Initiative/Self starter
  • Accuracy and Attention to detail.
