Sales Representative Oklahoma City, OK

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Sales Representative position is responsible for attaining direct sales goals and objectives through the creation and execution of a sales plan in the assigned territory. This would include the training, sales and related support services of P28 products. This position will drive sales growth through communication and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers regarding P28 products. Earning potential of $200k+/year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Builds and maintains customer relationships, while able to cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
· Educates customers on P28 products.
· Prepares reports of business transactions.
· Builds and implements sales plans for the assigned territory, manages and tracks customer sales activity and prospective customer initiatives, achieves sales quotas, reports on sales progress and competitor customer activities to sales leaders.
· Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customer into P28’s delegated systems.
· Facilitates on-time delivery of products to customers.
· Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of P28 products
· Responsible for territory case coverage.
· Managing and maintaining a sample inventory of products
· Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion
· Travels to and attends trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.
· Plans, coordinates and executes local educational and sales events, with the support of internal resources, intended to augment the business.
· Coordinates customer training.
· Aggressively solicit orders from present and prospective customers for the products assigned.
· Strictly adheres to all laws and Paragon 28 policies regarding the interaction with Health Care Professionals, product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities and training.
· Keeps Regional Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis
· Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings
· Other duties may be assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:
· Strong Sales and Communication Skills
· Strong Work Ethic
· Strong Knowledge and/or Ability to Learn and Understand Orthopedic Concepts
· 1 year of Medical Sales Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in addition of two years proven experience in medical device sales with an associate’s degree or equivalent.
· Willing and capable of carrying weights up to 50 pounds, independently.
· Up to 20% overnight travel annually.
· Work weekends, evenings, and Holidays as required on an emergency basis.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
· Able to work efficiently and autonomously with little direction when outside of clinical events
· Required to attend national meetings, district meetings and other training as requested
· Ability to wear a 7-9 pounds of protective lead apron for extended periods of time in the operating room
· Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day
· Frequent bending/stooping, squatting and balance
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus in relation to travel and operating a personal computer.
· Residence within the geographical contracted territory of business is required, unless prior approval granted by the Executive VP of Sales and/or CEO.
