Dealer Development Representative – Washington (Tacoma and Seattle)

SUMMARY: The Dealer Development Representative (DDR) is a market based position supporting the Tacoma and Seattle, WA area. This critical role is set up similar to pharmaceutical or other independent sales positions that office from home and cover regional dealerships. Typical duties include prospecting, developing, and servicing auto dealerships covering both franchise and independent accounts. A successful DDR must be a high energy, self-motivated individual with a desire to earn LUCRATIVE commissions along with a very competitive base salary. Our highest performers achieve total compensation over 100K annually. Occasional travel to the SNAAC home office located in Cincinnati, OH or other locations for quarterly sales and training meetings (usually held M-F) is required. This position great for:
· Living in or near Tacoma, WA or similar to cover market areas.
· Someone with F&I Experience and Ancillary Product Sales.
· B2B Experience a plus – banking, lending, insurance or other similar preferred.
· Someone desiring to manage their own schedule similar to pharmaceutical sales.
· Self-Motivated with a drive and desire for results!
· Military experience and / or knowledge helpful.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to travel outside the area as needed
· Ability to produce succinct and informative weekly market reports
· Ability to effectively use Contact Resource Management software
· Self-motivated with a demonstrated high level of field based activity
· A demonstrated history of successful sales accomplishments while work independently with minimal supervision

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
· 2 + years experience in outside sales / customer development
· Prior experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus: Auto Finance, Bank Branch Management, Business to Business Sales, Payroll Industry or Vehicle Service Contract Sales
