Job Description and Responsibility:

• Ensuring the team works efficiently and effectively
• Sell wireless phones, service plans and accessories
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Strive to retain and gain new customers (personal and business)
• Resolve customers’ problems and complaints
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures
• Maintain store appearance
• Ability to stand or walk for extended hours
• Ability to provide any level of coverage if needed, including nights, weekends, and / or holidays

Competitive hourly pay plus overtime and monthly bonus opportunity.

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

• Sales or customer service: 1 year
