Sales Representative

Job Descriptions: Jorgenson Industrial Companies locker division is seeking “top level” inside Sales Representatives to add to our busy sales team office. This is a closer sales position where all leads and phone calls come to you already qualified and interested in buying! You will be selling primarily over the phone and through email communication lockers (see SchoolLockers.com, BuyUsedLockers.com, JorgensonLockers.com) and some other material handling products such as shelving & storage cabinets. You will be preparing and presenting quotes, processing orders, placing purchase orders with vendors and filing the occasional freight claim with shipping companies. We have a significant share of the US locker market and we maintain a strong presence with a network of distribution centers nationwide. We also provide products and solutions for storage maximization and organization to schools, warehouses, distribution centers, production facilities and more.

Base plus commission pay structure.

Required Skills:

Ability to sell and close sales and work an efficient process to maximize close rates and margins. Requires someone that can multi-task with high degree of attention to detail and follow through, proven track record of account growth through new and existing business, clear verbal and written communication skills, customer service, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, project management, strong computer skills, team player, relationship builder, hardworking, driven, competitive.

You’re dedicated, energetic and thrive in a goal-driven environment. You’ve proven your ability to execute a sales strategy and drive year-over-year revenue growth through inbound and outbound phone calls and e-mails. You generate leads and secure new business. You meet established KPIs and are proud to achieve revenue goals.

You’re a natural problem-solver, and can identify turnkey solutions to complex storage projects. We’ll be able to count on you to research potential customers, identify key decision makers and analyze data to increase sales penetration. HUGE PLUS: Prior proven success in inside sales and/or outside sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Manage new and existing accounts. Maintain relationships with potential and existing customers. Professional that observes and complies with all Company regulations and policies. Represents the Company loyally, faithfully, with honesty and integrity. Sell company product line and services within established Company prices and policies. Maintain accurate and current customer profiles on all accounts. Meet establishes monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas to produce satisfactory sales volume and gross profit for the company. It is expected that performance and results will improve year over year. This position provides vital communication and a sales link between our customers and our company to insure continued customer satisfaction.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $110,000.00 /year
