We are a 10yr old San Diego based graphic design, printing, and sign company. Our core product line consists of business cards, brochures, presentation folders, stickers, banners, indoor/outdoor office signage, trade show displays, and vehicle graphics. We also specialize in graphic design for these products and helping manage their brand over time.

We are seeking to hire a sales rep, preferably with experience selling these products and services, but not a deal breaker if you are new to the industry. We are not looking for a promoter, rather a closer that can understand the needs of our customers and get the deal done. We offer great customer service, outstanding quality and fair prices on items that every business in San Diego needs, it will be your job to convince them to buy from us and not a competitor.

About You:

We need a true “people person,” someone outgoing with great communication skills that strike conversations with customers to build a relationship and navigate them through their marketing goals. Confidence matched with product knowledge is key here, and allows for easy and smooth deals to be achieved.

A Typical Day:

We are looking for a full time employee to act primarily as an outside sales rep and handle some inbound calls, walk-ins, but mostly target new business and set appointments to introduce our company and generate orders.

Pay:

We pay commission on orders executed by you. We have an incredible sales system geared to make you money. We map out everything you need to do on a daily and weekly basis to achieve your financial goals. The goal is for you to make $150k to $203K within a few years and $82K or more your first year.
