Due to our continued growth we have an immediate opening for an experienced, energetic and motivated Sales Professional.

The right candidates will possess a friendly personality, an ability to multi-task, be a highly motivated self-starter, have some knowledge of boats and the boating lifestyle and above all, a willingness to learn!

Essential Skills for this Position

• Retail Sales Experience & Familiarity with boating are a big plus.
• High Ticket Negotiating skills
• Excellent communication skills, to effectively deal with customers and colleagues
• Ability to be work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly
• Exhibit strong problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• A winning attitude
