Sales Development Representative (SDR):
To support Slingshot’s growth and make sure we can scale from hundreds to thousands of clients we are building our Client Acquisition team with passionate, hardworking, and internally motivated professionals. This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in Utah and most dynamic department at Slingshot.

What we need:
Driven sales professional (2+ years sales experience) Proven ability to reach established goals and quotas Articulate and clear communication (written, verbal, listening, and hot & cold calling) Internal motivation – provide excellent work without the need for micro-management Full-time required (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday (Saturday’s and Sundays off) Ability to work at the Slingshot Corporate Office (1504 Technology Way #1300, Orem, UT 84097) – This is not an at-home position

What you’ll do: Developing, researching, and qualifying prospects to create demand for Slingshot’s services Reaching out to prospects by phone and email and setting up demos for Account Executives Hitting and exceeding quotas on a daily and weekly basis Using your work ethic, creativity, and ambition to improve your performance and the performance of your team

The pay will be determined by performance. SDR’s that reach their weekly quotas should average $20+ an hour.

Time: This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours a week. You will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch. You will have Saturday’s, Sunday’s and some major holidays off. However, as an SDR you need to be able to respond to owners and executives when they are interested and you’ll be required to call or email them during off hours, if needed.
