As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the assigned market within your US region. You will ensure volume and penetration levels of BMW Financial Services Group products and services are delivered by retail partners. You will establish and advance relationships with retailers in order to maximize utilization of Group Financial Products and Services, while actively supporting the cultural values and service standards of the BMW Group. As the Manager, you will motivate and train all appropriate retailer personnel to further develop their business, while providing the appropriate presence and communication to enhance retailer commercial lending, insurance, indirect business, and internal efficiencies to ensure the highest quality service is being delivered by retail partners. As such, you are authorized to execute appropriate business decisions with concurrence from line manager. This position will be based in the New Orleans, Louisiana area. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing or Finance Related preferred.)

3-5 years automotive industry experience

5-7 years in retail sales, insurance, banking, or financial services industry

Preferences:
Established working knowledge of the following automotive finance areas:

Retail Installment Loans, Leases, E-contracting

Commercial/Floorplan Lending

Insurance and aftersales product offerings

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
