Bachelor’s degree in a related field

2+ years of relevant work experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis role

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Ring is seeking a Sales Analyst to support the Offline Sales Team. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of assigned accounts. This includes entering and maintaining data, customer item set up, POS reporting and other functions. The Sales Analyst will also interact with customers on a daily basis and provide support for the Merchandising and Inventory Planning / Replenishment departments.

You will use your knowledge to further develop data-based tools that will be used to inform and drive sound decision making, and own processes that involve supply chain, finance, and accounting functions. You are tech savvy, experienced in understanding data and financials, well organized, and have excellent communication skills. You should be able to understand and articulate insights gathered from large data sets. Knowledge of retail POS analytics and processes will be critical for success.

Responsibilities

Build and manage database and perform data entry.

Leverage historical data and market insights to deliver accurate POS and order forecast models.

Build tools and reports to monitor business performance.

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to execute business needs.

Provide customer facing support, primarily for POS and inventory planning departments.

Execute reporting for both Ring sales leadership and internal cross-functional teams.

MBA, Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field

Ability to distill complex quantitative data in a simple format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner

Active listener with solid written and verbal communication skills

Passion for problem solving

Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively build and maintain trust with internal stakeholders
