Sales Analyst/Business Development

Our Sales Analyst and Business Development roles are growth-focused and will be responsible for business intake and expansion, or new business prospecting for large accounts. We have near term opportunities for both inside development /account management and outside development/new account prospecting. These key roles will support our Solutions team in account growth goals and achievement of milestone targets for development activity, will manage key client inbound requests and create new relationships, and will continuously position Bridge Partners as a trusted and creative advisor to solve complex business challenges.
Sample Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with business owners, multiple functional areas, and stakeholders to identify and document key marketing program goals, priorities, work streams, and deliverables
  • Manage the sales process in Salesforce, including pipeline hygiene, resource allocation, and revenue milestone management
  • Complete new client and new vendor set‐up processes within both Bridge Partners and client systems
  • Manage our contractual and compliance checks; support on‐boarding/off‐boarding of project resources
  • Complete set‐up and own execution of the invoicing process
  • Create and update dashboards for tracking and management of each project
  • Maintain accurate, transparent sales team job aids to ensure consistent, efficient project scoping
  • Draft scopes and work orders for repeatable services and assist with client onboarding
  • Support inside sales of external marketing campaigns and execute additional deliverables as needed
  • Drive a high level of customer engagement and focus through personal action and sense of urgency
  • Outside development roles will require a focused target strategy and industry knowledge, as well as key experience, business intelligence and relationships within cloud technology
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong customer service orientation: demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with current and prospective client stakeholders
  • Strong sales strategy, analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail; awareness of project dynamics and project life cycles
  • Ability to establish credibility quickly and achieve goals directly and through influencing others
  • A self‐starter who demonstrates leadership skills, business acumen, and personal accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Comfortable with and ability to thrive in fast‐paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to quickly understand and navigate the complexities related to balancing internal sales support duties with billable consulting work
  • Outside development roles require network/business relationships and demonstrated long-term networking capability, digital marketing agency or consulting experience
