Job Title: SailPoint Production Operations Engineer

Position Summary:

As a SailPoint Production Operations Engineer you will have a broad understanding of IAM processes, IdentityIQ deployment and implementation experience, and working knowledge of various IT systems and technologies. The SailPoint Production Operations Engineer is essential to performing general application development activities, including unit testing, code deployment to development environment, and technical documentation. The SailPoint Production Operations Engineer position is responsible for guiding and mentoring junior developers in developing code and workflow procedures, and conducting code reviews.

As part of the Identity & Access Management team you will deploy the SailPoint application in the multi-server environment, as Equifax uses SailPoint IdentityIQ for automated account provisioning and access certifications.

Additional responsibilities of the SailPoint Production Operations Engineer include:

• Deploy the SailPoint application in the multi-server environment.
• Track down Production issues and determine the root cause.
• Develop strategic design and requirements on small systems or modules of large systems (large scale).
• Work with Support and Development to address end user & performance issues.
• Manage scheduled tasks.
• Familiar with the iiq console for exporting, viewing, managing, updating objects.
• Work with support and development to re-provision failed tasks.
• Work on Production support tickets.
• Create custom reports for end users.
• Responsible for launching and monitoring of access certifications.
• Optimize Production performance using various settings and options throughout the product.

Required Skills of the SailPoint Production Operations Engineer:

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Minimum three years of SailPoint – IdentityIQ deployment/implementation experience.
• Well versed with IAM processes and procedures.
• Working knowledge of user accounts setup in broad range of IT systems (UNIX, Databases, Active Directory, LDAP etc…).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills of the SailPoint Production Operations Engineer:

• Programming experience with Java and XML.
• Experience with LDAP directories and software development tools.
• Familiarity with various IT systems (UNIX and Windows servers, Databases, Active Directory, Siebel CRM, Oracle Apps etc..).
• Understanding of Role Base Access Control.
