This, in turn, contributes to a voluntary compliance rate in excess of 97% of all registered taxpayers. In addition to conducting audits, we provide education to taxpayers, perform refund requests, contract clearances, consultation visits, tax deferrals, New Business Outreach seminars and provide tax information to taxpayers and citizens upon request.
