Restoration Project Managers work with owners and insurance adjusters after events such as a fire or flood to clean up

and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will supervise the

renovation, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the

field.

We are looking for individuals with a strong sales background who are comfortable being compensated on commission.

The ideal Restoration Project Manager:

Construction project management experience is preferred, but not necessary. Some sales experience is preferred.

Our current associates yearly pay range from $45,000 to $100,000 depending on their production and experience. No limit to earning potential.

BASIC FUNCTIONS: Schedule and supervise all restoration projects assigned to successful completion

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
1. Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity.

2. Interface with Estimating/Sales personnel in the preparation of work orders on all new projects.

3. Maintain constant communication with property owner.

4. Schedule the completed work order to include: pre-construction on-site meeting when appropriate, sequencing, timing, master scheduling, and trades assignments.

5. Start job in a timely manner.

6. Secure necessary permits.

7. Schedule inspections.

8. Administer work orders or schedule employee assignments.

9. Inspect all assigned projects for progress.

10. Maintain documentation on personal inspections and project flow.

11. Maintain professionalism with project conditions: (i.e.: workmanship, homeowner relationships, safety, cleanliness, and tradespeople conduct).

12. Manage job to speedy conclusion

13. Interface with associate and CSR regarding project progress, completion, and conditions.

14. Professionally handle any and all complaints.

15. Manage punch list completion, obtain completion certificate, and collect funds if available.

16. Collect payment on closed jobs in a timely fashion.

17. Close the job with a high customer service (NPS) score.
