A member of the crew keeps the operation afloat. At Be Leaf we have one title for all our entry-level positions. A crew member helps prepare our fresh ingredients by following proper recipes and procedures and also helps keep our restaurant sanitary and safe for all the delicious food we are serving up. Crew members are interacting with our customers as they carefully portion out salads per our recipes and standards, while sharing our Be Leafs with enthusiasm to ensure a positive experience while visiting the restaurant. Crew members will take initiative by finding tasks that need to get done and staying busy to keep the operation running smoothly.

Crew responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation processes per standards set by Managers and Captains

Completing all assignments in a neat, timely and accurate manner with a positive attitude

Maintaining appropriate portion control and monitoring food levels on the line

Following proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards which preparing, cooking, and handling food

Providing exceptional customer service, driven by our Be Leafs to ensure a positive dining experience

The ideal candidate will:

Be able to speak clearly and respectfully and listen attentively to both customers and fellow employees

Exhibit a positive and helpful attitude and provide exceptional customer service

Have the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and the line

Have the ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location

• Possess exceptional customer service skills

Be able to follow instructions and adapt to change with a sense of urgency

Be able to develop respectful and positive working relationships with all restaurant personnel
