Research Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Research Assistant to work on a six month project funded by the Health Foundation, in conjunction with academics from Columbia Business School.

Based within the Nursing Directorate at the Maudsley Hospital, the post holder will support the design, coordination and implementation of an intervention targeted at boosting nursing morale, tracking its effectiveness for nursing staff (e.g. their wellbeing) and the Trust (e.g. turnover, patient care quality).

Exceptional organisation and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this unique and exciting role. The post holder will be required to travel across Trust sites as required
