Rental Assistant

EagleRider understands the needs of motorcycle enthusiasts and adventure travelers; we offer a huge selection of perfectly maintained Harley, Indian, Honda, Triumph, Kawasaki and BMW motorcycles and allow one-way rentals or guided tours between franchise rentals facilities located in the most desirable tourist destinations in the world.

The Rental Assistant will work directly with EagleRider customers and will handle most administration and inquiries involved with renting motorcycles. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy a variety of responsibilities to enhance the overall customer experience, to include, but not limited to the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:
Orientate customers and check in bikes

Attend some events including tradeshows, bike events, in addition to concierge marketing calls weekly with assigned routes

Transport Customers to and from hotels, etc.

Assist with rental bikes as they are returned and/or needed for walk ins

Walk the floor and assist customers with apparel needs when rental team is with customers or unavailable

Use Rent Centric for rental returns during high volume (this position will not handle any cash or credit card transactions nor take reservations/customer information until deemed needed)

Answer phones and communicate basic information to customers to secure reservations

Greet customers and engage them as they walk into the building

Ability to ride a variety of makes and models of motorcycles

Comfortable driving a 12 and 15 passenger van and trailer

Clean driving record

Basic knowledge of HD models

Basic knowledge of motorcycle apparel

Eagerness to take on projects

Flexibility in schedule (Events/weekends)

Computer proficiency (Basic knowledge)
