Remote Support Technician

Job Description

Remote Support Technicians help people be productive and happy with their technology by resolving a wide variety of support requests from Rocket IT clients. Working closely with the rest of the Help Desk team and utilizing state-of-the-art remote management tools, Remote Support Technicians also perform routine maintenance, remotely deploy desktop applications and updates, and provide front-line re­sponse to automated system alerts. This is not a telecommute or at home position.

    Qualifications

    • 4-year college degree (IT relevance preferred)
    • 1-2 years IT support experience
    • CompTIA Network+ or MCSA: Windows 7/8/10 a strong plus
    • Other qualifications may apply
