Bank of Tucson, a leading financial institution located in Arizona, is seeking a Relationship Manager with business and corporate banking experience for their Tucson office. This position will be responsible for providing highly responsive, exceptional service to all of the following markets: Corporate, Commercial and Private Banking. This position will conduct business development calls with potential clients and visit existing clients to strengthen relationships and meet Bank objectives. The primary role is to build relationships and grow revenue in all key areas of deposits, loans, and treasury management by cross selling all Bank products and services. The position will also be responsible for managing client portfolios, overall relationship profitability, and portfolio risk.

Basic Requirements:

• Recent experience within the commercial banking industry, specializing in a broad range of commercial and industrial credit and commercial real estate.
  
• A minimum of 7 years of sales experience in a business/commercial banking environment.
  
• Demonstrated sales and marketing abilities, with past experience in managing a large portfolio.
  
• Strong business development skills.
  
• Working knowledge of Bank operations.
  
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA in a business related field, i.e. business, accounting, finance, economics, or international business or equivalent from an accredited university preferred.
