Recruitment Manager, UEG

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for helping to drive recruitment initiatives and recruiting efforts across our teams. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tested in high pressure situations, and can foster meaningful relationships with senior leadership, finance, client groups, and candidates. You are someone that is a proactive “do-er”, values high quality of work, can juggle multiple tasks with ease, and loves to be a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Develop best practices and process improvements.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate, inform, coach, and motivate employees, and hiring managers.
• Diplomatically navigate and leverage resources and stakeholders to provide mutually-beneficial solutions to problems, conflicts and/or employee relations issues.
• Support internal strategy-building, implementation and follow-up processes.
• Recruit, evaluate, coach, train and motivate employees and managers.
• Exhibit exceptional project, time and people management skills.
• Lead or support specialty function responsibilities and projects, such as interview processes, new hire onboarding and/or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Serve as strategic partner to employees, managers, hiring managers and/or candidates to help resolve issues, make informed decisions, navigate workplace dynamics and drive career growth.
• Develop quality talent pools through creative sourcing techniques including social networking, referral generation, networking direct sourcing, and advanced internet sourcing.
• Maintain an ongoing network of candidates.
• Establish both long/short term recruitment strategies that are cost effective and align with business plans and objectives.
• Build and maintain great relationships with leadership across the organization to ensure the identification and placement of great talent.
• Manage requisitions in Applicant Tracking System.
• Make informed selection recommendations to hiring managers.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 6 years recruiting experience in advertising, marketing, public relations or related industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience in a PR, Advertising, Digital agency or media company preferred.
• You’re a multi-tasking wizard that can work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and searches.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including communication (verbal and written), emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence.
• In addition, the role requires effective interviewing, negotiation, and selling skills.
