Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary:
This role plays an integral part in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. Primary duties include identifying top talent and supporting and coordinating the full life-cycle recruiting process for candidates and hiring managers. Responsible to work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, work independently yet collaboratively, demonstrate strong detail orientation and enjoy the challenge of helping to recruit exceptional talent.

Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for providing a superior candidate experience by communication with the candidate throughout the entire process.

Meet with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans to meet staffing and talent needs.

Manage job requisitions. Post and update requisitions with related information, utilizing specialty job boards as appropriate.

Update candidate records in recruiting system.

Schedule phone screens and interviews, working directly with candidates and hiring managers.

Assist in resume mining, sourcing, and building a candidate pipeline.

Support onboarding process of new employees.

Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and workflow efficiencies.

Support overall strategic recruitment program including partnering with marketing on initiatives related to branding and social media.

Assist in coordination and participation of various career fairs, community outreach and recruiting activities.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with college, university and placement offices. Participate in career fairs, campus events and support internship programs.

Research, analyze, prepare and present hiring statistics and analysis.

Support broader HR projects as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.

Previous HR internship or recruiting experience desired.

Ability to work as a team member and collaborate effectively with the team.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi task, with strong attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong computer proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, familiarity with UltiPro a plus.
