Receiving and Inventory Supervisor

Gaumard Scientific Company, a world leader in health care simulation products, is looking for a Receiving and Inventory Supervisor to join our team in Miami, FL. Gaumard has manufactured and marketed simulators for health care education for more than 60 years.

Users worldwide – the military, emergency medical services, major teaching hospitals and nursing schools – recognize Gaumard products for their innovation in simulation in the pre-hospital, obstetrics and gynecology, surgical and nursing care segments. Gaumard manufactures its products at its world headquarters in Miami. The company sells simulators through its own representatives in North America and through 200 distributors in 70 countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receive shipments and verify contents according to invoices in company SAP system· Perform and manage administrative support of receiving and inventory· Assist team in unloading shipments· Work with suppliers and purchasing if mistakes are identified· Maintain accurate records and supervise inventory control

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written and verbal skills; bilingual English/Spanish
• 3+ years experience in receiving and inventory control
• ERP experience
• Experience with physical inventory and cycle counting
• Barcoding experience a plus
• Able to follow detailed written and oral instructions.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently
