Real estate agent looking for a part time assistant. The position is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assists with new listings (organizing, preparation, set up staging and photography appointments, entry on the MLS, copy writing, meet vendors, etc.)
  • Marketing: Assist with design/layout of flyers/brochures, postcards, advertisements, maintain agent’s website, mailers, email HTML’s and campaigns, social media, etc. (both digitally and print)
  • Assist with open houses/property showings
  • Transaction coordination experience not required but a plus
  • Knowledge in Gutensite and Web Sight Design a plus

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with Adobe
  • Knowledge in Constant Contact and/or MailChimp
  • Willingness & ability to learn internal software programs
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Social Media skills (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google +)
  • Administrative skills
  • Knowledge of MLS
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to be proactive and work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable transportation

This position is an independent contractor position.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $35.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Marketing: 1 year
  • Customer Service: 2 years
  • Administrative Assistant: 2 years
